Each season in the Rocky Mountains
brings a different and awe-inspiring
beauty rarely equaled elsewhere in the
world, and autumn in Colorado is
arguably natures finest show. As colder
weather moves in and winter approaches,
the valleys often stay green, the peaks
become white, and the mountain forests
turn into blazing reds, oranges, and
yellows. During autumn in this western
state, each vista is a collage of
magnificent hues in every direction, and
the inspiration for these fall foliage
pictures.
Shown above is artist, Dale Harpe’s,
Colorado Fall Color Photography
gallery. Here are displayed some of his
best autumn pictures. The above images
are of only
Colorado landscapes.
However, more mountain shots and fall
pictures can be found among some of
Dale’s other galleries including the
Wyoming and
Michigan collections.
If you are interested in seeing a wider
variety of Dale’s work, some if his very
best prints can be found in the
Favorites Gallery.
