We want you to be completely
satisfied with your fine art photograph
purchase. If, for any reason, you are
not satisfied, please notify us within 3
days of receiving your order. We offer a
full refund if you ship the prints back
to us in their original condition within
30 days. Refunds do NOT include shipping
costs.
Ordering:
Currently, we are only accepting
orders over the telephone or via e-mail
(online ordering may be available in the
future). We are able to take your credit
card information over the phone, process
the charge immediately, and ship your
order within 3 business days. You are
also welcome to send us a personal check
or US Postal Money Order. Money Order
purchases will take a total of 7-10 days
and we require an additional 10 business
days to process personal check orders.
Damage Claims:
We pack and ship our prints
personally and take great pride in our
work and finished products.
Occasionally, in spite of our best
efforts, damage can occur in shipping.
You MUST return your order within 3 days
of receipt. Contact us as soon as you
receive your print(s) for a return
authorization claim number.
Regarding Credit Card Fraud:
Fair Credit Billing Act:
Under this act, your bank cannot hold
you liable for more than fifty dollars
of reported fraudulent charges. In the
even your credit card is used in a
fraudulent manner, you must notify the
bank or card issue immediately and in
accordance with its reporting rules and
